E-Scooters and Dockless E-Bikes

The Office of Transportation Management (OTM) recognizes the importance of a safe and efficient system of multi-modal connectivity to support the vibrancy and operations of the campus.

There is covered bike parking available on the Hilltop in Garage 4, the Southwest Garage, Leavey Garage, Arrupe Hall, Ryan & Isaac Hall, 2115 Wisconsin, and the Harris Building Garage. At the Capitol Campus, the 111 Mass Garage supports covered bike parking.

Shared electric scooters (e-scooters) and dockless electric bikes (e-bikes) can be rented from companies operating throughout the District. When riding, remember to wear a helmet, follow all traffic laws, and ride in bike lanes where possible.

Please report any improperly parked e-scooters or e-bikes, such as those blocking sidewalks and building entrances, directly to the companies operating them. Each company’s contact information can be found on the District Department of Transportation’s website.
