Proposed Cuts to DC Circulator Services

The DC Government’s proposed FY24 budget includes cuts to DC Circulator services, including eliminating the Georgetown-Dupont-Rosslyn route (new window). Once approved, this route would no longer run as of October 1, 2023.

If this Circulator route is important to your commute then you can contact the Council of the District of Columbia (Council) to submit your comments. The Council votes on the budget May 16, 2023. The Georgetown Business Improvement District has recommended that the Georgetown community reach out to Ward 2 Councilmember Brooke Pinto, Chairman Phil Mendelson, Transportation Committee Chairman Charles Allen, and other Councilmembers to request that funding be restored for the Rosslyn-Georgetown-Dupont Circulator route for FY24.
